hi everyone
Am Kate from Liverpool UK, finally had enough of how I look after being very lazy after having my son over 4 and a half years ago!! I would love to meet new people in the same boat as me!! Who can keep me motivated to lose the weight I would love to lose!! And make the smiley happy Kate come back!! :) x

    Hey I need motivation too! I need to lose a stone, always been on the bigger side but I've had enough now, time to get fit! Let's be weight loss friends haha ☺️
