    I feel the same as you. I've started over like 1,000 times and always end end giving up by lunch. This time I'm more determined. Today is only the end of day 1 (almost) and it has been easier when you have friends that keep you accountable. You can do it!!! Baby steps. Heck I'm still in the baby steps stage and we can help each other along if ya like!
