Hello Everyone,
My name is Tiffany. I am 31 and have a two year old son. I was at my goal weight when I got pregnant with my son and want to get back to being healthy. I work in the International field and feel like I never have time to eat healthy. Any pointers would be appreciated.

You need a plan that suits your lifestyle and works for you, that just takes some understanding of how to diet effectively and then hitting the right points to make it happen. If you really want it then you commit and do whats needed along with some common sense and flexibility. Noy having time or careers are just challenges that cna be overcome with some practical application.
Eating helathy is good for nutrition and general health but a calorific deficit is whats required for weight loss. So its not what you eat but how much.
