Been gone a while, Here's my update.

So I started using my fitness pal a few years ago but didn't keep up with it. Now I'm using it again and it's been a tremendous help.

About 3 years ago I weighed 332lbs. Since then I got down to about 285lbs. then stopped. A few months ago, some guys at work started a weight loss pool so I figured, why not? I've been using keto to lose weight, quite easily, so I went for it again. But now, I'm dedicated to not only getting to a healthy weight, but also improving my strength and overall health.

So now I'm down to 260lbs. and have lost about 10% body fat. The phone app has made it easy for me to log my food and workouts, honestly I thought it was gonna suck tracking what I eat, but after a week it's like second nature.

Anyway, just wanted to share with everyone!

    Great job! Getting healthy feels so good! I am wondering what keto is I am sure I could google it and look it up is it pretty easy to adjust to?

    Keto is basically a high fat, moderate protein, low/no carb diet. But after logging food this week I realized that I don't need to be on a specific "diet" anymore, just counting calories and making sure I get enough protein is what's been working for me lately.
