    Currently losing fat and 70ish lbs down with an initial ballpark target of 100lbs; long term aim of increased muscle mass and low body fat.

    Hi I'm from South Wales and on a serious mission! I've 'disowned' myself from neck down and will only accept a new fitter, trimmer, healthy body back! Log daily and use in conjunction with Fitbit, only just discovered the MFP community and would love some friends to motivate and vice versa
