Don't eat them. It is o.k. to be under your carbs. What are your settings?

Starchy carbs - white potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, pasta, quinoa, bulgar, oats, cereal... hope that helps :)

Hello, I'm new here since one week now, and proud of it! :p So you can't manage to eat enough carbs right? Do you eat vegetables and fruit?

Your protein is a requirement, and you must eat a minimum amount of fat to properly absorb nutrients. After that, you are not required to hit any number of carbs or fat, provided you have enough calories to not be malnourished.

When I calculated them on the IIFYM calculator, it said I should set them to 181C/91P/40F

I definitely do on fruit... maybe not so much on the veggies...
