I seriously need any Motivation I can get right now I'm tired of the way I look and would like to change the way I look and that is only going to happen if I change my Diet and Workout at Gym I do have a membership to Planetfitness and My husband does go with me 2 days a week and I plan on going 5 to 6 days a week if allowed with my schedule. About my Diet I'm seriously gonna change on what I eat and not get sweets such as cakes, cookies, and etc I'm planning on getting more healthier stuff like fruits, lettuce salads, tuna, oatmeal, low fat pretzels, and etc. I'm also going to try very hard to drink water through out the day as well even if it's sparkling Flavored water or a can of ginger ale. Please feel free to add me as a friend I'm planning on starting this Monday, I'm going to create a schedule for myself on what I do at the gym each day and I also might attend one of there classes to help with my weight loss goals

Isn't being tired of how you look motivation enough?0 -
Don't over do it. Remember, you didn't gain all the weight at once. If you try to change your life drastically from one day to the next, you'll tire of it. I recommend going on YouTube and listening to Louise Hay's audio titled heal yourself". Listening to this has made a dramatic change in my determination and on how I need to be kind to myself.0

what the toad said, understand what your motivation is i.e the reasons that are pushing and pulling you towards change. Are they sufficient to make you do soemthing about it? Weight loss is about calorie deficits, niutrition and fitness are more to do with health. Get your deficit under control first.0

Try setting small goals that you are capable of achieving without much difficulties. Change should be done progressively or else you have to be very diligent and strong.

Sounds like you have some goals set out and have a good plan in place. I work in retail and the hours can get crazy so i make sure i get my workout in as soon as the gym opens at 5am. Then the workout is done and nothing else can get in the way of making it happen.
I never understood the whole i will start on Monday thing. Start tommorow. Why put off for Monday what you can do now?
Get the junk out of the house and replace it with the healthy things you mentioned and plan ahead. Prepare for your days. Dont over think it or be too hard on yourself. Good luck!0 -

I agree, when I ear rubbish, like choc n cake I feel tired and listless, but when I take a walk or lose weight I feel great n glow, just need to get my head round it permanently, I seem to be OK for 10 days and then slip. It seems much better with reading people's comments and gaining motivation x0
