hi, I can suffer pretty bad with cyatica so walking or standing for to long sets me back painfully. I use to cycle 22km a day but can't do it now

My husband and a coworker both had sciatica. It can take months of not years to heal if you keep upping your exercise too quickly. Both people I knew started doing short daily walks and physical therapy to strengthen their back muscles and lose weight. Both took over a year to be pain free. Just don't rush it. My husband tried to start jogging after having less pain and had to start all over.0
