Hi I'm Teresa,
I'm 240 pounds and I'm sick of being tired! I am looking to lose two pounds a week. Any tips or recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Teresa, best advise I can give you hun, is this:
    1) Weigh your food
    2) Eat at a calorie deficit
    3) Exercise if you feel up to it, not to lose weight but to get ready for your life after weight loss
    4) Take it slowly, sometimes the scales will say one thing but your measurements will tell you how you doing.
    5) Enjoy every minute of the journey to a happier, healthier you.
