.............until our BIG family holiday! I haven't lost anything in over a month due to those pesky kids being on their Easter hols and then too much of a fun social life. Oh the hardship!
Time to get serious!
I would LOVE to lose 10lbs in the next 5 weeks.

just work out and watch your diet!

You could switch up lunch/dinner to help every other couple of days, and vary your exercises...I know that if you want it bad enough you CAN do it. Now go do it!0 -
