The everlasting 10lbs...

Since I became adult-sized (around 14yrs old), I have pretty much hovered around 140-145lbs. Which was fine, as I was extremely athletic and most of it was muscle.
Now, not so much. Still low 140s, but I've gone from a size 4 to an 8(US).
I don't have time to work out like a beast anymore, so I just need to lose the fat and move on. But it just won't budge. Anyone else stuck with the stubborn 10lbs? I could use a motivational friend.

Me! I could lose ten, but I might in all actuality need to lose 15/20. The struggle is real. I just want to be a size 10.0

Just eat in a deficit of 250-500 calories and you will lose the last 10lb in 10-20 weeks.0

I'm slowly losing those last 10lbs. I started in a US 14, and I'm now a US 4. I'm right around 138lbs at 5'7".0
