My journey has been a long one, four and a half years. I've fallen off the wagon a few time and each time hauled my butt back on track. I have come a long way and have a little way to go :) If I can do it, anyone can…if they want it bad enough.

    WOW! You look great! Yes, it's hard work but it is soooo worth the effort. I now understand the changed mindset we see from The Biggest Loser contestants.

    Thanks so much :) It's getting harder and harder to stay motivated, sometimes it feels like it's all drained out of me!
