I wanted to post this here as I am not quite ready for the success board. But, today I finished the 2 month beachbody program PiYo. I highly recommend it for anyone who is a good deal out of shape and is looking to become more flexible, stronger, and fitter all at once.
I also wanted to just encourage anyone who has hit a plateau, or has had a bad rating day to just push through it. You will succeed as long as you never stop trying!
Here are my stats!
Before/after:
Chest:41in/36.5in
Right arm:11.1in/10.4in
Left arm:11.2in/10.5in
Waist:34.3in/30.4in
Hips:40.5in/37in
Right thigh:23.5in/21.2in
Left thigh: 24in/21.5in
Weight: 149.2lbs/ 138.8lbs

Great results!! I like a good sweat so I don't think piyo was for me but, in all honest, if i just got off my *kitten* and did anything regularly, it would probably help.
Good job!!!0 -

Thank you! It's definitely not as intense as a HIIT workout or lifting heavy, but I have sweat dripping off of my nose by the end so that's what counts to me!0 -
Congratulations! Yes, PiYo is deceptively hard!
Amazing results!
