I think you've come to the right place. Log your food and exercise daily and check the community board questions. I have learned a LOT from others comments. Just log what you normally eat and start to make adjustments from there. First thing I did was cut down on my salt and egg consumption. Whatever you do, don't give up, it's a process and takes time.0
