    Hi, i have been on here before but i have not socialized at all. I am looking at losing about 28kgs. i have so far lost 4kg in my first week and i have been exercising everyday but when i have time which is hard with a child, working and going to school. I plan to be writing a blog on here about what i do and how things go. I am happy to help others and we can support and push each other to reach our goals.
