Challenging myself

Was eating a lot of junk lately (last 2 days) so I decided to do a little contest with myself
I will be not eating meat and junk from tomorrow for at least two week(hopefully I will get use to it and will be able to do longer), but eating more fruit, vegetable, cheese, yogurt. Also was thinking to workout 2 times a day instead of 1 time. So plan: morning is 30 days shred starting it over maybe( I am already on level 2 6th day)
afternoon or night doing Ripped in 30. Lets see how it goes ...What you guys think?

I like the eating healthier bit, but increasing your exercise routine to two times a day is ok, but why? Are you honestly taking in that many calories that you require that much exercise? Or are you thinking it will increase your endurance or strength? Are you planning rest days to allow your body time to recover?0

this will definitely be a challenge! for the workouts maybe to twice a day on the days your extra pumped..definitely take some time to rest....i usually do twice a day twice a week...just random feelings, if i feel like the 2nd workout i go, if not no biggie already worked out..0

I don't know if I want to do a rest day or not, because the main thing is to finish the Ripped in 30 in 30 days and while doing that I also want to do 30 days shred. I was eating around 1560 cal, but I don't loose weight at all, so I thought by cutting out the heavy food like meat I might be able to change my metabolism and loose some lbs. I tried zig-zagging as well, but I only lost like 2lbs in a month or so which is already back
