c25k calories

I'm on week 3 of the c25k challenge and just wondered what people log for their calories burned? So far I have used the exercise cals on here by adding up amount of time spent running/walking but I know they are generic calories..... has anyone used a hrm and seen a big difference between mfp cals and actual cals? I'm 33 and 164 pounds - currently logging 190 calories for the 30 mins. Does this seem too much?

if you're serious about it enough to justify the cost get a HRM with a chest strap that will tell you the kcals burned.0

When I did C25K that's how I logged it. Added up the number of minutes spent jogging and used MFP's estimate, and then added up the number of minutes spent running, and used MFP's estimate. So the total of the two was my c25k.0

Are you tracking your distance? Usually, it's about 100 cals for every mile you cover.0
