I just wanted to introduce myself. I've never been an athletic person. A few years ago I took a new job in my company which is desk work. After sitting on my a** for a couple of years I noticed some changes in my body that I didn't like. I've always been a person who believes you either need to accept who you are and love it - or you need to change it. With the loss of what little muscle mass I did have, back problems starting up and just no energy in general , I decided it was time for a change. I HATE cardio!! One night while traveling I saw an add for Body Beast. I thought lifting was something I might like instead of running or other cardio programs. I'm on week 9 of BB and I am loving it (except for cardio day!
