Have been really good for a few weeks, eating well exercising every day and getting closer and closer to my desired weight...
Today I am not myself, woke up craving sugar and bread... Did everything I could not to give in to the temptation, but by 3 this afternoon couldn't resist and went for it :((
I need someone to motivate me...

I just read a thread called "Is this journey easy." Go look for it. It's pretty good.

Call this a splurge day and move on. Sometimes you just gotta do it.

You might be surprised, too. All that sugar and bread after a long stretch of being really good can amp up your metabolism, and if you hop right back on the wagon you might have better results by your next weigh-in day than you expected.

Seriously, tomorrow is another day. Don't beat yourself up about today. You'll be fine!

I think it's a mistake to describe your behavior as either "good" or "bad." Build some treats into every day and don't judge them.

Log it and move on. If you're restricting bread and sugar for non-medical reasons, it might not be working for you. There's nothing wrong with eating those and losing weight, as long as you don't go overboard and blow past your calorie goal each time.

Portion control does not exist for me, once I go for it, it becomes extremely difficult to get out of it...
