Hi! I'm Bekah
I'm quite new to MFP and looking for some people that are having similar stuggles / can offer me tips on my nutrition.
I am having a really hard time gaining weight due to stomach problems i find it very hard to eat any sort of meat and carbs like bread, pasta, rice etc
Because of this i hardly ever meet my calorie goal and am actually losing weight instead of gaining. I am very active and work out atleast once a day.
Looking for people who can offer advice on some alternatives to meat/bread etc and also some ways to (hopefully healthy) bump up my calorie intake

How do you do with fats? Can you do potatos? Fats will really help pile on the calories0

Nuts, nut butters, beverages, desserts? How do you do with dairy? Full fat greek yogurt would be a good way to get calories and protein, which you might not be getting enough of.0

Maybe add some protein powder to the smoothies, avocados are higher calorie, maybe string cheese, add peanut butter, granola, and nuts to your yogurt, and maybe salads with olive oil dressings. Sometimes I like to cut up a fresh tomato and cucumber into small chunks add basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil then refrigerate for a cool and refreshing snack or side with dinner. It can help to get some healthy fats and calories in for the day.0

If you open your diary it might be easier to make suggestions.0
