I love shellfish (shrimp, mussels, squid, scallops, etc.), grilled chicken breast, 0% greek yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, egg whites and for extra protein I love cellucor protein powders

one cup of fat free cottage cheese with (yoplait) flavored yogurt gives me 31g of protein for only 250 calories. love those numbers! (plus i don't eat meat, so that's a great protein source for me!)0

When I am low on calories & craving something really decadent, I make shrimp cocktail. 5oz shrimp (about 12 16-20 count) and a little bit of cocktail sauce. Only 140 calories for 30g protein and I feel like I should feel more guilty about it.0

I'm a red meat luvin gal. Sirloin, tenderloin. .leaner cuts. Second is chicken, so many recipe possibilities.
