Fitstar, a couple of questions.

So I have the free version of Fitstar on my phone to work out at home. I like it, I like the exercises because they're not gimmicky, and it's not too cheesy. I have a couple of questions though...
1. Do you find that the amount of calories burned is a little overestimated? I did a 26 min workout yesterday, supposedly burning like 250 calories. Eh... I mean I was sweating a little, but somehow I doubt it was 250 calories.
2. The full pay version, do any of you have it? Is it worth it? Do you recommend it?

for me I like it and I am using it almost 2 months. I'm tracking my heart rate during the session and I burn more calories than they say.
however you can get some month for free if you use refer friends code and see yourself if you will continue on the program or not0 -
I had the free version and just pay for a month. I love it and use it almost daily. With the premium version you get all the freestyle classes, and those are my favourites. I definitely think it's worth it!0
