Basically, the past two weeks have been a train wreck. I have kept up my exercise regime, but the eating has been off the chain.
Back on track today though- go me.

Anybody else with a holiday war story?

Oh, yeah. I've been off an on since Thanksgiving allowing myself cheats here and there. I kept telling myself the day after Christmas is back on track with no screw ups. I wouldn't mind losing another 5- 10lbs but I am trying really hard to maintain. Thankfully during the holidays I did. I had gained 5 but then lost it.......phewww! Today was great, I feel confident I won't be slipping up for a while. (It helped that I gave all of our left over sweet food to my neighbor last night). So, Whoo Hoo for us and anyone else who has gotten back on their program! :drinker: here's to a happy skinny new year

that sounds like me. I have just been maintaining for now, but would like to lose about 6lbs more. I'll be back to working out this next week and hopefully the weight will start coming off again:smile:

I'd hoped to get back on track today-- I've been overboard since Christmas eve, and did well until dinner time-- then blew it.

Am going to get back on track in the morning, but not weigh in til Monday-- then for better or worse, I'll post it and get going to goal. I have until June 5th next year to make goal.

I doubled my caloric intake with just two coffee drinks and a cinnamon roll. Thanks Starbucks!! But I needed it to stay awake during my finals, so I'll say it was a necessary evil :[ Gosh I wish they would legalize those other study aids, because the caffeinated drinks sure do put on the pounds :P

Im so exited. :flowerforyou: I got a new workout video and im ready for the challenge. Bring it on!!! :drinker:
