    Definitely a difference - well done keep going! Try measuring yourself with a tape measure and recording your progress - you'll notice the difference more (and weeks where the scales don't move the tape measure might) Keep up the good work!! x

    I am chuffed for you, I am really happy that you have gotten this under control at such a young age. I wish I had tackled my weight sooner, your life is just not the same when you have the weight on. It's not that it is bad but that you rule things out, as you wouldn't feel comfey doing / wearing / going to were ever. Here's to your full and energetic new life.:smile:

    Wonderful job....It is hard to determine if you've lost the weight because you see yourself daily, but I see the difference from the pics...Keep up the good work!!!
