Hello my name is faith. I am 24 years old from texas. I am currently at 296lbs wemt from 330 to 250 and now ive gained most of it back and i want to start over. I need a motivation buddy! I need help i am stuck in a rut and need someone to talk back and forth with about this struggle! Let me know if that is you :)

    Yes i know it is very much worth it! Im just looking for a support friend. Dont have many ut would be nice to get other peoplea views and tips. What have you done or are doing?
