Hey y'all. This is the 2nd day of my weight loss journey. I am hoping to lose 15-20 pounds and get in better shape. Good luck everyone!

Hi I know you can do it. I have been on my fitness pal Since Nov and I have as of today's weight in day lost a total of 52 lbs and going strong. I walk 3 to 4 times a day , trying to walk atleast 6 miles a day. Good luck and stay focused .☺0
