Hi all, i was hoping someone would be able to tell me if my macros in working with atm are good or whether i should change them and if so what to! New to following macros and calorie counting i normally just workout and try to eat well. Im 19 Female, weigh 8st 7lb and am 5ft 6in. I want to loose fat but gain muscle/tone up, currently im working with 1200 calorie intake which im easily eating less than without even realising and my macros are 127g carbs (508cal) 33g fat (300cal) 98g protein (392cal). Should i stick to these or does anyone recommend adjustments?!

You can't really lose fat and fain muscle at the same time. Plus you're at the bottom end of healthy weight, so eating 1200 cals is rather unnecessary. If you're not happy with your body at such a low weight it's probably because of your body fat %.

Your macros are o.k. Increase your calories. Start lifting heavy. :)

If you are serious about gaining muscles, you need to be mentally prepared to eat more food. If you really, honestly just want to be thin, forget about macros. If you really want to gain muscles, you can't be proud at the end of the day that you were under 1200kcal. That's considered a set-back. You are cheating yourself of gains.
I would like to recommend 1800kcal/day, but I don't want to freak you out. Go for 1400kcal (+200kcal), and hit at least 100g protein and 37g of fat per day (I upped your original macros just a tiny bit to be on the safe side). Choose a lifting program and lift heavy. Good luck.

Hi thanks for the replies, as i said tavistocktoad i do only want to loose body fat %... i feel like i should give you some more info on myself as i already have quite good muscle and can (and do) lift heavy, so i just really want to lower my body fat percentage which is why i thought 1200 calories would be ok? I dont seem to loose any body fat eating around 1500 i just stay at about what im at now
