Protein and coffee in a hurry

Hi, I was inspired this morning by my morning rushes before work. It's getting g warm here in northern colorado and a hot coffee can take longer to drink. Making a big healthy breakfast cuts into my work out time before work (or hair and makeup time )And with all my books and my lunch and my water bottle, coffee mug and more, it can get cumbersome. So this morning I made a coffee and poured it over a ton of ice and shook it like a martini. Then I strained the iced coffee into a shaker bottle, added protein powder and shook and Voila! I have a mocha latte protein drink with all the flavor and none of the time. And it's yummy!

I do that, but I add a cup of skim milk to the mix.0
