How do you guys stay away from your bad habits?? I tend to drink too much soda

    it gets easier... i use to drink diet soda everyday.. diet soda, water, or milk. now i literally only drink water, almond milk, coffee... small changes that progress into new habits. i just tell myself that i don't need excuses, i need results. if you want to see something different, you need to do something different. i just try to eat in accordance to my goals. also, i don't aim to be perfect.. just better.. or "perfect" 90% of the time. life happens, don't get too down on yourself if you don't stick to it perfectly, but also be accountable for what you do. :) good luck Eventually you will get to where you are going if you keep moving forward

    If it is diet soda, it is fine. It does not affect weight loss one way or another.

    After a while of being on here,I learned portion control. I fit the things I want into my day by using moderation and portion control. It becomes easier as time goes on.
