So the last time I tried this site, it worked for a while, I can't say I made major changes though. After a while I stopped using this site. So this time around, I would like friends who will encourage me through my journey, and I will do the same for them. Thanks!

    First time on this but have been using Fitbit HR charge for a while. don't know if I'm good at motivation but I'll give it a go
