    There aren't any quantities shown.

    Size matters.

It sounds like a ridiculous diet. It makes no sense to me at all.
Most diet plans that I've seen have a 49/30/30 split and are just suggesting which foods you can eat to hit your macros and stay within your calorie goal. But this diet plan looks like a mess to me.

Ridiculously restrictive and extreme. Not enough calories. Why would anyone find it appealing?
When you lose weight on an extreme diet like this, you just gain it back when you starting eating normal again.

I would not call this a good diet...

Tons of sugars from the fruit, which isn't terrible but they are suggesting a lot of fruit. No portion sizing mentioned so is it 4oz of grilled meat or 8 or 10 or ? If it's only 4oz and you are only eating it once a day, you are missing a lot of protein. 2 hardboiled eggs and a 4oz piece of meat will not be enough for most people.

The only thing good about this "diet" is the fact that it's recommending whole foods. I'm not saying it won't work but you will be a skinny rail(no muscle). If that's what you are aiming for...sure.

Also with all that fruit, you are looking at a large grocery bill depending on what you buy.

Meant 40. Not 49%. I'm on my cell phone so couldn't edit that.

Cut most of that fruit. Add more protein, veggies, fat. Add dairy if you want.
Use the tracker to calculate the calories using specific amounts.

I think this is the second time someone asked about this. The other person was actually doing it with her husband and she called it the egg diet.

    Not safe.

Very detailed, as well as very unspecific, very strange, very stupid. Has to be a joke. Of course it isn't healthy. Who would believe this to be safe safe and/or work for weight loss??

Yuck, why would you want to do that to yourself?

What is the goal. For weight loss all that is needed is to reduce caloric consumption.

It's goofy. There's no reason to have days which are restricted to just one fruit, in any quantity. There's plenty wrong with it but just looking at that tells you to keep on walking... nothing to see here.

My first thought was that the number on the scale wouldn't be moving because I'd be so constipated, but I see by the end of the diet they have you consuming only one fruit or vegetable for an entire day, so yeah, the resulting diarrhea would probably blow everything out.

It's just ridiculous--how can you look at something like that and think it's reasonable?

Looks like a version of the mayo diet that was popular about 30 years ago. It will work in the short term but not in the long term.

The instructions are too generic to know.

It could an extremely low fat diet, which would not be healthy in the long term.
It could be an very high or low calorie diet, which also would not be healthy in the long term.
It could also be pretty well balanced, which likely would healthy in the long term.
