Hi,
I just started using fitness pal about a month ago. I've lost 10 lbs so far. The 1st few weeks I stuck with the daily calorie amounts but now I have a few days a week that I eat too many. It seems to get a little bit harder to stay with my daily goal. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you re-strengthen your resolve?

Hey Jen. Well done on your 10 pound loss! I've been using mfp throughout my whole weight loss journey and now use it to refocus when I feel at risk of falling off the wagon. Whatever you do, don't stop logging even when you know you will come over your goal. I would say just remember that your calorie goal is just that - a goal. It's not a rule set in stone and you're still making progress! Also try planning your meals a day ahead and logging them the night before. That way you know exactly what you can have and not at risk of going over! Hope that helps!0
