Hi, My name is Kat and I'm using Nutrisystem along with Myfitnesspal to lose some weight. I have 40 lbs to lose and have decided that now is the time.

I'm almost 59, life has been difficult in the past few years and the weight crept up on me. I'm ready to push it back
