I still have a bit more to go but im finally starting to like what i see in the mirror : )

    Thank you everyone!!

    Jog for about 30 mins 6 days a week, alot of resistance training. (I spend about an hour each day doing either legs and core, or arms and core.)

    And, I KILL it at the gym pretty much everyday. I just act like its the last time i'll be able to go for a while.

    High protein diet, moderate carbs... and : ) lots of veggies! hehe
