Low-carb breakfasts (NOT eggs)

Does anyone have good breakfast recommendations that are low-carb but not eggs? For some reason eggs always make me feel sick.

    I often eat leftovers from the night before (piece of steak, chicken, sausage etc.).

    Kashi cereal. It's high in protein.

    Sauteed veggies and chicken. Remember breakfast doesn't have to be "breakfast" foods.
  • my nutritionist always reminds me that you don't have to limit breakfast to "breakfast food" I will often do a tuna sandwich or as someone else said.. leftovers. I also LOVE cereal

    Lately I've been doing meat and veggie breakfast tacos on a low carb tortilla (10g carbs, 7 of which are fiber). You can do all sorts of tasty combinations. I think my favorite so far is mushrooms, shallots, and steak.

    Morning Star Vegan Sausage
    Plain yogurt with either a high fiber cereal like FIber One or a high fiber fruit like raspberries.
