Hello fittnesspal family,

I am starting today to change my life. Your support and encouragement is greatly appreciated. I have experienced a great loss this year with the death of my son. I need to stay focus on what is best for me while I go through this grieving process.

    So sorry to hear of your loss, while you grieve be kind to yourself. It's amazing that you have decided to make these changes when you are going through so much. Big respect to you as you start your new journey.
