What the heck!!!

I have no idea what's going on here! So since Saturday I have been gaining 1lb-2lbs a day. I weighed in on Friday at 352.2 and this morning at 359.1. I don't have any issues with being a daily weigher since I know weight fluctuates. But that's just it, this isn't fluctuating. It's a steady increase. Just a side note, I am also breastfeeding and I don't even figure that into my daily calories. Period is also due next week but didn't see any issues like this last month. Could I be retaining water from that and the huge amount of carbs I have been injesting? Still doesn't make sense, on Friday and Saturday, I walked for like 10 hours at Disneyland. I'm stumped! My diary is open.

I looked at your diary
you are not weighing all your food on a food scale
so you eat much more calories than you think
Thighten up your logging and step away from cup entrees serving sizes and spoons
Weigh everything!!!0 -

here a short shocking video how inaccurate we can be without knowing.

Its scary lol0 -
Without looking at your diary, I am going to guess it's a combination of TOM weight, extra carbs, extra sodium from Disney food, and (since you probably don't normally walk so much) fluid retention in your muscles from exercise. Maybe stop weighing until after your period.0

That's insane! Thanks will start today!0

This is likely the cause. Not weighing your food is HIGHLY unlikely to cause you to overeat by 23800 calories (the amount needed to gain 6.8 lbs of fat).
It's mostly or all water weight, which is common when you expect your period, and sometimes when you eat a lot of carbs. Especially if it's a lot more carbs than usual.0 -

yeps i know
And because you eat some high dense calorie food and all in serving sizes and cups i would tighten it up to weighing everything!!
And what need2exercise says is true.
water fluctuations happen also
But i am sure you eat much much more than you log and that is a shame of all your affords.
Those bunes and 8 slices of meat etc that are calorie hogs and when you weigh them it is never what the label said. Tortillas...never the same weight what the label says sometimes less..most of the time more lol0 -

Good point because I often noticed a discrepancy in calories from the label and then what comes up on the log. I don't eat any more than what I log. I'm generally not hungry and often increase my portion sizes to hit my daily calories.0 -
What I would consider after looking through your diary:
- As already mentioned, you must weigh your food. For example, what exactly is 0.13 servings of pie? ~100kcal of mayo is around 15g, do you think that is what you scoop up in 1tbsp?
- Secondly, I see that you eat a lot of ready-made foods. Consider looking at this short video on the realities of nutrition labelling. While discrepancies in food labelling may not matter when eating ready-made once in a while, it may be a source of concern if it is eaten regularly.

Yeah, expecting your period can cause that too.0
