New momma with 100+ pounds to lose. HELP.

I haven't been my Goal weight since high school. Currently weight 270 and my (healthy) GW is around 155-165.
I have a 3 month old little girl so it's hard to find the energy to want to work out while she is sleeping!
Working on eating clean and taking the time to meal prep instead of grabbing something quick to eat.
It's the hardest for me to get off my butt and work out. I know I'll feel so much better once I do though!

I need help staying motivated, and would love an accountability friend!
