    Deep Purple - Machine Head
Led Zeppelin - Any but the debut was spectacular
    Pink Floyd - DSOTM
Pearl Jam - Any - but their debut was also spectacular
    Anything by Steely Dan

A fine list. 'Can't Buy A Thrill' by Steely Dan and 'Ten' by Pearl Jam are perhaps the best two debut albums ever recorded. Honourable mention to 'My Aim Is True' by Elvis Costello.

Exile On Main Street - The Rolling Stones
    Rubber Soul - The Beatles
Crime Of The Century - Supertramp
In Step - Stevie Ray Vaughan
    Ten - Pearl Jam

There are several others I'd like to squeeze in.

Love to see someone with Rubber Soul as their favorite Beatles album. That album never gets the attention it deserves.

I suppose albums hold an emotional significance as they often are the soundtrack to a particular time in life...
That being said these are my favorite/most frequently played

    Mark Lanegan - Bubblegum
A Perfect Circle - Mer De Noms
Murder by Death - Who Will Survive and What Will Be Left of Them
Queens of the Stone Age - Lullabies to Paralyze
    Pink Spiders - Teenage Graffiti

Can't agree with you more. It has been my favourite for as long as I can remember. It's the launching place for Revolver and Sgt Pepper.
