and you WILL see a difference..just remember to have willpower, and don't cheat on logging..if you eat too much and don't log it, you are cheating yourself..i have been here almost 4 months, and lost 24 lbs..best of luck, and feel free to add me..i just looked @ your profile, and you DO NOT look your age..honestly, i thought you were mid 20s, so you look amazing already0

hi..welcome!
well I find that Calorie counting and exercise is the only way that works for me and I have lost 28lb since January. This is the best I have ever done on a diet and I think it is down to MFP...it takes all the guess work out and if you have a week where you don't do so well you can look back and see where you went wrong.
good luck xxx0 -
I Hope this works for you...Good Luck...0

welcome aboard! I have the will power of an amoeba and have managed to lose about 30 lbs in 6 weeks thanks to this site and the great people here who are really motivational and inspirational. I was suspect about the diary, though but quickly realised you get out what you put in, I make sure i record every single thing I eat and also every single exercise calorie I burn!
keep at it and keep assuring yourself what a great choice you have made to lead a healthier lifestyle!0 -

If you track your calories with MFP and add in your exercise, you will loose weight. I have lost 20 pounds with MFP since the end of March. It has worked for me, hope it works for you.0

Hi Auri...how did you manage to go from 250 to 170? thats an amazing achievement. If you can do it once, you can do it again, keep the faith :-)0 -

I wish I could take credit and tell you it was an acomplishment but the truth is I went through a bad depression and would hardly eat. But now I am so much better and through out the month went back to my bad eating habits. But to see what I can look like and if I really do it in a healthy way keeps me motivated.0
