Depressed & Determined ?!?

After a long depressing 10year relationship I quit making excuses and chose to start fresh.
I now have lost 150lbs and wanting to lose 230lbs more I know its going to be hard but I wish to stay strong what do you do to keep going???

    Wow, 150 pounds lost is a great achievement. Just keep going! You've got this, you know what it takes, you know it takes a while. Log in every day, log your food, look at your past amazing results! One of the things I try to remember is that the time will pass anyway, whether or not I'm working toward a goal. Like if I think, "Oh, it'll be six months before I get noticeable results." Well, there I'll be in six months with no results if I don't keep it up.
