I wanna take one so i have a record of my journey.. But feel embarrassed to ask my boyfriend to take it for me... I Know this is silly cause he sees me naked all the time, but this is like asking him to focus on my flab... Tried using the phone at mirror trick but it failed... Any ideas??

    Try using the timer setting on a phone and propping it up on a ledge somewhere. That's what I did and my pictures turned out good!

    Agree with the above. Or take a video and hold positions you want a picture of-then you can slowly go through video and screen shot the shots you want

    This is assuming you have an iPhone

    1. Find an app with a timer. PicItEasy has a timer with a multiple shot feature and built-in photo editor.
    2. Video. Pause the screen and take a screen shot.
    3. If you have a traditional camera (like a DSLR), purchase a radio trigger. I use cheap Cowboy Studio radio triggers in my studio and they get the job done. You can find them on Ebay for less than $30 USD.

    finally managed to get one.... its not nice but shows my problem areas so one day i will look better.. less bumps where i don't want them!! lol
