What do you guys eat when you feel like snacking but dont go over your daily intake? Im still a beginner with these things and really love any banana-peanut butter combo, but would like to try new stuff.

Edit - just having a yummy meal, not snacking in between.

I don't snack.... I eat bigger meals with plenty of protein and fats, they keep me satisfied for hours. Most of my carbs come from fruit and vegies.... And I don't waste calories on bad food (bad being crappy tasting...)

Eating at a deficit doesn't mean eating all "low calorie" food. People seem to think that leaving out fat is a smart way to get more volume.... But forget how important fat is for good health, and satiety. You can still eat your PB... Just measure it to fit your goals, try to eat a variety of fats from different sources, as well as enough protein and carbs to fill the rest of your calories!
