My hubbz dentist adviced him to stay away from sugar so I'm looking for a low sugar or sugar free cookie recipe. I'm doing my own search but thought I would hit MFP up first.
Anyone with a good one that has been used and is worth trying?

How about sugar free fat free cheesecake?

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pie crust (or use ready made graham cracker)

    Pie Crust:

Crush 2 high fiber cereal bars, graham crakers or cereal (I use Gnu brownie bars). Spray cake pan with pam.

    Evenly coat pan and press.

2 blocks fat free cream cheese

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 box sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix

    1 cup splenda

    1 tsp vanilla

    1 cup eggbeaters

Cream room temperature cream cheese with mixer. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Mix cottage cheese with cream cheese. Add the remaining ingredients slowly until well blended.

Pour into crust and place in larger pan. Fill with water (halfway up side) Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Refridgerate and cool completely before cutting.

    Makes 10 servings. 121 cal. 4g fiber. 0 sugar, 0 fat, 16 carbs, 13 protein. Enjoy!!

Wanna add something great to cheesecake. When I worked at this espresso bar, I made a cheesecake that we sold for $40. It was really good. Not so rich you could finish your piece. I will try to remember the recipe, it would be easy to change to a low sugar, fat free one.
I added sugar free torani into the cheesecakes. That way you don't need as much sugar, You can add lemon, strawberry, vanilla. What ever. Add 1/2 the amount of sugar and add about 1/4 cup of torani. Taste. If it is not sweet enough, and a bit more. Don't go over 1/3 cup. If you think is needs to be a bit sweeter, then add more sugar.

Mayo does sound weird, and I've never tried it in cookies, but a friend of mine said that she always puts it in her cookies. It helps them stay soft and chewy.
