Second time around

Hi

For anyone who has had to do this for the second time how do you get back into it?

I'm really annoyed that I have to loss the same stone and half again. :(

    All I know is to just do it. Don't put it off till tomorrow. Don't put it off till next week. With whatever time is left in the day, do it for the rest of the day and then tomorrow, keep doing it.

    I am doing it but I just dread when my calorie allowance drop once I've lost some weight. It's knowing what is ahead which is annoying without the excitement of losing weight which I had the first time around.
