    I just started back up on MFP, logging daily, got a food scale etc .... On a 23 day streak, and I am trying to be more accountable and log EVERYTHING, even cheat days, or days when I just don't do great. My diary is open, as well.

    I just started back up on MFP, logging daily, got a food scale etc .... On a 23 day streak, and I am trying to be more accountable and log EVERYTHING, even cheat days, or days when I just don't do great. My diary is open, as well.

    I have to be honest - I love when people have their diary set to public! I get some great ideas from all of you on different meals to make!

    Ditto! It's helpful to see what coming in "under goal" means for different people, too. I know someone whose been on MFP for years, lost 50+ LBS and never opened up their diary. It's kinda frustrating!
