Hey what's up, is anyone doing insanity? I tried it for one day and it was awesome, but never did it again. Looool I think I'm going to try to do it everyday starting tomorrow, so I can make sure those workouts count, anyone looking to get insanity for free? You can get it on your computer and burn it on a disk, if so let me know!

    Girl....I've done it in the past...I can't get past the warm up...but I've lost a lot of weight just doing the warm up alone.

    I haven't lost a single pound haha! But I have loads of inches, 5 just off my hips/butt and my fit test results have improved an incredible amount. I have a lot to lose (40-50lbs) but it's more about improving my overall health and rediscovering my love of being physically active which it has certainly done, I'm in it for the long haul, not fast results I quickly undo once the programme ends.

    Awesome! That's what's it's all about, consistency and doing it to your best ability, just doing it period is awesome, a lot of people would opt out of doing this!
