Ab Lounger???? Does anyone have one?

I have one and use it. Not sure if it's worth it. Anyone?????

    bought it, hated it, gave it away.

    it takes up a lot of room, doesnt fit anywhere. I really did not feel the work out the way I thought I would.

    There are DVDs for <$15 that work your abs while standing...and getting cardio! SO much better IMHO!!

    I have one. I don't know if I see a difference in my abs. But, I do see a difference in my flexibility using it. It definately helps stretch my back muscles. I love it for that reason. I don't know what it's worth on calories either. Sorry no help.

    Ya'll have been a LOT of help. I have to laugh because it IS so big and a pain to store away. It's underneath my carport (which is behind my house) so noone can see me work out. It'll probably dry rot and I'll fall through it one day. But it's a start for me. I'm not looking to lose weight on the ab lounger, just tone up my stomach muscles.
