Fiber content appears incorrect

How does the app count fiber, and if I know it's wrong, how can I correct it? It shows certain products (that have a label) as having more fiber than is on the label. For instance, my cereal is Fiber One Honey Clusters. This app shows it has 13 grams fiber when the label itself says 10. I need to get a lot of fiber and wanted to use this app to track - but I don't want to think I'm getting more than I am! Anybody know how to fix?

Create your own entry for "Correct Fiber One" or whatever

Definitely make your own. Remember the same item could have different nutritional values depending on where you are. I live in Canada, my husband in the USA so I cross the border all the time and have noticed the nutritional information on the same product is different in each country. I have separate entries for Canadian food and American food.

You can correct the entry or keep searching until you find one with the right information.

Sometimes products change or differ in different countries, as mentioned above.

Yes, the foods are quite different, so by all means check the label. When we lived in Canada (wonderful country!), there were several items I would buy in the States to carry back. Many of the Canadian versions seemed to be sweeter than the ones in the US. But then, when we go north, there are some things we stock up on that we can't find south of the border.
