I've done my research and looked at success stories and the other threads about the 30 day shred. My question pertains to me specifically. I'm on Day 6 and obviously am not expecting to see results already but I'm eating very well and having a calories deficit and stuff and then doing at least 30-40 minutes of cardio NOT including the 30 Day Shred every day and doing weights as well every other day. So my question is do you think it makes sense for me to continue the 30 Day Shred along with everything I'm doing (obviously it doesn't HURT but still)? I don't know if I'm going to see results from it, seeing as it doesn't make me super sore. My follow up question is maybe I should do Ripped in 30 instead?

I did 30 days shred and ran on the treadmill 3 times a week. I stopped the 30 day shred after 10 days because it got boring... However I did see results in my back and my waist and love handles were significantly smaller. Now 1 yr later I'm doing ripped in 30 and it's soooooooo much more hard core so you just want to keep doing it. I plan on mixing in killer buns and thighs as well. I would say do ripped in 30. From research I've seen much better results with ripped in 30 compared to 30 day shred.0

I listen to Jillian Michaels' podcast, and she definitely recommends Ripped as the better workout. (But I do the shred, because that's the one I have.)0
